Django CMS is a free and open source content management system you can use for publishing content on World Wide Web and intranets.  The CMS is based on Django, and written in Python. It was initially authored by Thomas Steinacher.

MoinMoin

MoinMoin is a wiki engine implemented written in Python. It is initially based on the PikiPiki wiki engine. Its name is a play on the North German greeting “Moin”, repeated as in “WikiWiki”.

Plone

Plone is another free and open source content management system which is built on the top of the Zope application server. In principle it can be used for any type of website, including blogs, simple internet sites, shopping and internal websites. It is also well positioned to be used as a document publishing system and groupware collaboration tool. It provides you a flexible and adaptable workflow, powerful security, extensibility, high usability and flexibility.

It displays the post count for each subsite and also creates a new PHP function that can used inside your theme templates for displaying an ordered list which can be designed as a block of information using CSS.

You can  order the list by blog name, post count, blog creation date or last update, in ascending or descending order. You can exclude the blogs from list based on various criteria or individually simply by blog ID.

You can set the search WordPress plugin rating and version by entering:

1. What should be the Minimum Rating of plugin in search results ?
2. What should be the Maximum Rating of plugin in search results ?
3. What should be the Minimum WordPress Version on which the plugin is tested ?

Installation & Usage: Simply install and activate the plugin. After activation visit your admin area Dashboard -> Plugins -> Intel and set the rating and version filters. After setting up this use default WordPress plugin search from Dashboard -> Plugins -> Add New and it will only show you the plugin search results on the basis of your settings.

First install and activate the new WordPress plugin called Label Plugins. After activation the plugin adds a three filters in admin area’s all plugins list (Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins). Filters are:

1. Bad
2. Good
3. Neutral
4. Average

You can assign these filters to your plugins by selecting the filter from newly added drop down added to each plugin name in all plugins list in (Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins).

After you assign filters to installed plugin, you can can view each group of plugins using the top navigation links in your installed plugins page.

Installation & Usage: Install and activate Term Management Tools. After activation follow the given steps.

For merging, setting parent or changing categories:

1. Visit your admin area Dashboard -> Posts -> Categories
2. Check the category you like to combine.
3. From Bulk Actions dropdown select the merge option
4. Now type the category name you want selected categories get merged to.
5. Click Apply button.

For merging or changing tags:

1. Visit your admin area Dashboard -> Posts -> Tags
2. Check the tags you like to combine.
3. From Bulk Actions dropdown select the merge option
4. Now type the tag name you want selected tags get merged to.
5. Click Apply button.

The plugin works with all custom taxonomies you have created in your WordPress site, its main features are:

• Merge – combine two or more terms into one
• Set parent – set the parent for one or more terms (for hierarchical taxonomies)
• Change taxonomy – convert terms from one taxonomy to another.

Ryu

Ryu theme provides you a clutter layout which is good personal bloggers. Its readability is great with large font size and its single column layout perfectly displays large images. Other than this optional widgets are located at the top panel with social media links including a search field. The background color for an image post will automatically match the uploaded image in the post.

After activation you may visit its admin area settings page from Dashbaord -> Settings -> Online Games Collection for viewing games tutorial videos and enabling its sidebar widgets. The plugin is really very easy to use and there are no configuration settings or options.
